Experience
My studies were focused mainly on creative writing, English composition, modern and postmodern literature, and literary criticism. I have also completed a number of courses in Classics (courses such as Roman Civilization, Golden Age of Athens, Bronze Age Aegean Archaeology), a detailed course on Medieval literature, and another on the history of the English language, for which I composed my own brief (>25 pages) history of English. My ultimate goal is to become a teacher, and while I have been told that I have a knack for instruction, I feel that tutoring is the best way to gauge my ability to facilitate learning.
